Employees enrols for Facial attendance using mobile app. Administrator approves the enrolment after verification. Once approved, employees can start marking attendance by verifying their face id. Mobile app checks the site proximity.

Employees are assigned one time or daily routine tasks. Employees can take a picture and attached when completing the task. Admin user gets notified when there is an overdue task. Can generate task reports time to time.

Asset Management

Create and manage asset details. Setup Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and (Annual Maintenance Contract) AMC schedules. Create tasks for scheduled maintenance. QR Code based asset tracking at site. GPS based tracking under development.

Incident Management

Create and manage tickets raised for incidence. Assign to employees and track tickets. Get notified for ticket updates and closure. Track tasks and quotations from tickets.

SLA Management

Create and manage SLA configuration. Setup multiple levels of escalation. Setup notification triggers based on the SLA. Track escalations at site level.

Expense Management

Allocated funds to sites. Record and manage expenses through mobile app. Admin can track site level expenses in real time.
